Each piece is printed to order, so we can't take back a print because you changed your mind.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item? Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll reprint and resend it, or refund you, at no cost.

Lost parcel? If your tracking hasn't moved for 15 business days, contact us and we'll take care of it.
